Do credits expire?
Manually purchased and Auto-Refill Credit Blocks never expire. Monthly subscription credit refresh each month (no rollover).
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds for unused credits within 30 days of purchase date for Auto-Refill and manually purchased Credit Blocks. Contact support for assistance.
What's included with free credits?
New users get $5.00 in free credits to try our compression service. Full access to API, CLI, and all features.
How does auto-refill work?
Set a minimum balance and purchase amount. When your balance drops below the threshold, we'll automatically purchase more credits.
